Kitchen 911
For the thing in your kitchen that keeps going wrong.
There are a million recipes on the internet.
None of them are standing in your kitchen when the sauce breaks.
It starts with one hour in your kitchen.
Not our kitchen.
Not a studio with better pans than yours.
The kitchen where dinner actually happens, because that's where the problem lives, and that's where the fix has to work.
Here's How the Hour Goes:
1. We listen.
What do you keep trying to make?
Where does it go wrong?
The shopping, the timing, the heat?
How many times have you tried?
This part matters more than you'd think. Most cooking problems are misdiagnosed.
2. We look.
Your stove, your pans, your pantry. Sometimes the problem isn't you at all. It's a skillet that's wrong for the job, or an ingredient you didn't know you were missing.
Ten minutes of looking saves months of guessing.
3. You cook.
Not us. You. We take the dish you're stuck on, and you cook the very first part of it, with us next to you.
Just the beginning. The part where it usually goes wrong.
4. You get homework.
Before we leave, you know exactly what to practice and how many times to practice.
Real homework, specific and small.
We should be honest about that last one: we will not cook you a beautiful dinner and leave.
That's a different service (we offer that too; it's called a private dinner).
This one ends with you able to do something you couldn't do that morning.
At the end of the hour, we'll talk about where to go from there.
Together, no pressure, and only if you want to.

Our Packages
One visit fixes a dish.
A package fixes the pattern.
The consultation gets you started. But cooking doesn't become yours in one afternoon. It becomes yours through repetition, with someone catching the small things before they become habits. That's what the packages are for.
Choose by where you want to end up, not by the numbers.
The 3-Session Package — $795
One skill, yours for good.
We take the thing that keeps defeating you - dry chicken, broken sauces, rice that never comes out twice the same...
We work on it until you can cook it without a recipe and turn it into three different dinners.
(Example)
Session 1: Get it right
Session 2: Take it to two new places
Session 3: You cook the third one yourself. We just watch and fine-tune.
$265 per session. Use within 6 months.
The 5-Session Package — $1,250
Cook for people you love, without panic
Everything in the 3-session package and then the part nobody teaches: Timing. Running three dishes at once. Deciding what to make when the fridge is half-empty.
By session five, you run a full practice dinner - as if guests were coming - with us in the room and your name on the meal.
This package isn't really about food. It's about being the person who says "come over, I'll cook" and means it.
$250 per session. Use within 6 months.
Prefer to take it one visit at a time?
Single sessions are $295.
Most people who start with one end up wishing they'd picked a destination.
But the door's open either way!
Why 6 months? Because a package you never finish helps no one. Six months is enough time for real life to happen, and short enough that "someday" becomes a date on the calendar.
Two teachers, one kitchen.

Kitchen 911 is both of us - Aric and Yukari.
Aric is the professional: twenty-plus years of restaurant kitchens, knife skills, heat control, the why behind every technique.
Yukari is the home cook who learned everything the hard way - including how to make dinner out of whatever's actually in the fridge, and how to stop a plan from falling apart at 6 pm.
Between the two of us, there isn't much a home kitchen can throw that one of us hasn't already fought with.
We both come to your consultation.
From there, whoever fits your problem best is the one standing next to you.

FAQ
Please feel free to contact us at info@unipersonalchef.com if you have more questions!
Q: Is the price per person?
A: No - per household. If your partner cooks, your kid hovers, or your roommate wanders in, they're all welcome in the kitchen. One price.
Q: Where do you go?
A: Denver metro - Cherry Creek, Lone Tree, Greenwood Village, Centennial, Aurora, and surrounding areas. If you're not sure whether you're in range, just ask on the form.
Q: Do I need to buy special ingredients or equipment before you come?
A: No. We work with what your kitchen already has - that's the whole point. If something genuinely essential is missing, we'll tell you during the consultation, and we'll tell you the cheap version.
Q: Can I just try one session?
A: Absolutely! Start with the $95 consultation, that's exactly what it's for. If you want more after that, single sessions are $295, and packages are there when a bigger goal comes into focus.
Q: How long is a package good for?
A: Six months from purchase. Enough room for vacations and busy seasons - not enough room for 'eventually.'
Tell us what keeps going wrong.
That's really all we need - a few sentences about the thing that won't work. The dish, the timing, the fridge, the whole 6pm situation. Write it the way you'd complain to a friend.
